Everything there was very comfortable, especially the quiet ambiance. Very very helpful staff did everything they could. Great location relatively near Square, we loved it. Overall experience was nice.

The helpful and friendly owner even assisted with luggage. Great location with all important sights nearby, lots of restaurants and cafes, and easy access to taxis. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

This place has a great location, close to the center and not far from Heraklion. The owner gives a warm welcome. The rooms are bright and have all the necessary amenities. It is located in the old town.

We had a great stay so close to the beautiful bay and the city center; we didn't want to leave, highly recommend.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the town on foot. The host provided us with great advice on where to park our rental car for free, which saved us a lot of money. We also received a list of restaurant recommendations, and one of the restaurants turned out to be the best meal we had during our entire vacation. The property itself was spacious and beautifully renovated, with a lovely balcony and large windows. The highlight was definitely the amazing shower, with its clean and high-pressure water.

Our main concern was the stained comforter that we found in the closet. We weren't sure what the stain was, so we decided not to use it on the bed.
